Massage Therapy/Bodywork
All Day	A massage or bodywork session of 15 minutes will be available to participants of the event. We have limited time slots available and they are first come, first served. Please indicate if you are interested.	I am interested in a massage or bodywork session

Lunch
	Lunch is included with registration at the event. Sandwiches are from Amighetti's and are on bread with brick or American cheese, lettuce, tomato, and pickle, with mayo and mustard on the side. Please select your preference when you register. Options are: Turkey Roast Beef Ham Veggie	Please indicate if you have any specific dietary requirements, such as being vegan, or allergies, such as allergy to peanuts or wheat, and we work with you to ensure your needs are met.
	Dinner
	Dinner is available for an additional $11, or you can eat dinner out on the Delmar Loop or bring your own. The dinner option includes: Grilled chicken or tofu,mixed green salad with carrots, red onion, chow mein noodles, mandarin oranges and an orange ginger vinaigrette, a noodle dish with sesame sauce, peas, carrots, and peppers, and steamed broccoli. 	Admission: $50-$150, sliding scale Please pay what you can afford. This includes the full day of workshops and lunch. All fees go towards covering the cost of this event, to fund future workshops and classes.	Payment Amount ($50-$150) ($11 additional for dinner)
