Group Agreements the Leadership Circle will uphold itself to

These Group Agreements came out of meetings of the St. Louis Mysteries Leadership Circle. Anyone who becomes part of the leadership team must agree to uphold them.

At that meeting, we each agreed to:

  1. Make it a priority to uphold excellence in all we do and especially create/facilitate a high-quality experience for attendees that reflects well on Diana's Grove.
  2. Base our community on the Cornerstones of Diana's Grove and the Hierarchy of Responsibility.
  3. Be a learning group, focused on learning, growing, and self-discovery.
  4. Take and offer feedback, including both feedback from each other and
    feedback from the Grove staff.
  5. Focus on inclusivity as a core strength of our community.
  6. Be a safe place for each other, safe enough to hold feedback (which can be challenging). Use the following agreements as ways to ensure safety: confidentiality, sacred witnessing, self-responsibility, and boundaries.
  7. Consider the following criteria when considering candidates for the leadership circle:
    a. Is s/he a member of Mystery School?
    b. Does s/he agree with the mission statement?
    c. Does s/he understand and affirm the group agreements?
    d. To what extent has s/he evidenced her/his commitment and involvement to the group through action?
    e. A group assessment of the candidate's fit with the group in terms of personality, capabilities, and attributes.
  8. Position those who are in, or who have gone through, the Diana's Grove leadership program, as anchors for rituals, classes, and other public events.
